Louise stated in the video, she talked about how she had such a passion to make a different in a child life regardless of race and economic. She also talked about how she loved what she does and how she loved children. Furthermore, she had a desire for all children to be capable so that they could grow to the full potential.

 Leticia Lara stated in the video she said that her passion is directed by her beliefs and by what is in her heart. She desire has two settings: as a person and as a proficient. As a person: She also talked about how she liked to help the children and want to see them succeed.
